SACRAMENTO- Assembly Bill 717, Authored by Assemblyman Paul Cook (R-Yucca Valley), The Vietnam Vet Bill was signed into law by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger during a ceremony at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat center in Twentynine Palms on Friday on march 30th 2009.The measure will esablish an annual "Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans Day"
